Cress Spring Pizzeria will once again be serving them up on Wednesday, September 2, from 4:30 pm until 8:30 pm.

Our last pizza night for the season will be on Wednesday, October 22, so you still have plenty of time to make it out.

We feature live music every Wednesday, and this week welcome Inchoate. A trio from Madison with Tanya Cunningham, Elizabeth Delaquess and Terry O'Laughlin, Inchoate performs an assortment of music from new and old folk, jazz, rock, old-timey and Irish.
Moldy Jam had the kids dancing last week...
Our menu for this week is below, and it's also posted on our Facebook page. We have a couple new additions this week to the pizza menu.
The Aubergine features eggplant marinated in garlic and herbs, then fire-roasted in our oven. Topped with cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, this is a perfect end-of-summer pizza.
For our dessert pizza of the week, it’s time to bring back the Duchess. Loaded with fresh peaches, house-smoked raspberry jam, toasted walnuts, and Hook’s gouda cheese, this is the perfect way to end your evening. If a whole dessert pizza is too much for you, we’re also featuring Peach Cheesecake Tarts.
We have a few new beers on the menu this week, including Autumnal Fire Doppelbock from Capital Brewery, Edmund Fitzgerald Porter from Great Lakes Brewing, Warped Speed Scotch Ale from Lake Louie, and Port Huron Oktoberfest.
Here’s how it works. Every Wednesday evening from May until October, we'll be selling flaming hot pizzas and delicious desserts, beer and wine, here at Cress Spring Farm. Picnic on our lawn or take your pizza to enjoy at home. Outdoor seating only - you are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and warm friends to snuggle with. You should also bring whatever plates, cutlery, etc. that you might need for your picnic. Pizza will be served in boxes, beer and soda in bottles and wine by the bottle or glass. We will have mason jars available for wine, but we encourage you to bring your own. You may supplement your picnic with any salads or other food you wish to bring, but we ask that you not bring your own alcohol. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and chickens as payment.

We hope to see you soon!
