June 1!  Pizza!  On the farm!

Cress Spring Pizzeria will be serving them up on Wednesday, June 1, from 4:30 pm until 8:30 pm.

Our musical guests this week are the Hicksville Debonairs. They were a real crowd favorite here last year in a slightly different incarnation under the name of the Back Street Serenaders. Playing American roots music, the Debonairs feature harmony singing and a variety of instruments, including fiddle, banjo, guitar, ukulele, jawharp, and mandolin.

Say hi to the pigs! But don't climb in the pen...they're hungry!

Here’s how it works. Every Wednesday evening from May until October, we'll be selling flaming hot pizzas and delicious desserts, beer and wine, here at Cress Spring Farm. Picnic on our lawn or take your pizza to enjoy at home. Outdoor seating only - you are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and warm friends to snuggle with. You should also bring whatever plates, cutlery, etc. that you might need for your picnic. Pizza will be served in boxes, beer and soda in bottles and wine by the bottle or glass. We will have mason jars available for wine, but we encourage you to bring your own. You may supplement your picnic with any salads or other food you wish to bring, but we ask that you not bring your own alcohol. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and chickens as payment.

Our menu for this week is below, and it's also posted on our Facebook page.
We hope to see you soon!

Bring your car! Park it in a field next to other cars!

May 18!  Pizza!  On the farm!

Cress Spring Pizzeria will be serving them up on Wednesday, May 18, from 4:30 pm until 8:30 pm.

Come on out, rain or shine! We have plenty of tents to keep you dry if things get inclement. Last week, despite the rainy forecast, we ended up with a beautiful spring evening.

Our musical guest this week will be Wrenclaw. From their website:  Blending country harmonies and slithery slide guitars, they create a down-home, backwoods soul shakedown. Wrenclaw captures the longing and redemption of one-horse towns and whistlestop childhood memories, digging deep in gospel, delta, and back-country roots to create captivating moods.

Lost Highway Allstars hit all the right notes.

For our musical entertainment this week, we’re excited to welcome the Lost Highway Allstars. With influences ranging from blues, classic rock, country, folk, jazz, and pop, these fellows have a unique sound that embodies over a half century of American popular music.

Last week we were treated to the soulful singing of Bob Weinswig.
