Cress Spring Bakery Home Delivery for April 9
Hello friends,
The end is near. This will be our last home delivery of the season, and Saturday will be the last indoor market. The outdoor market will begin on Saturday, April 16, and I hope to see you all there. I've truly enjoyed bringing fresh bread to your homes - the personal connections I have with so many of you is the best thing about this gig. When we first started our home delivery service, it was small enough that I knew everyone. As it's grown, I find myself delivering to many of you whom I've never met. If you're among the anonymous strangers I know only as a name and address, feel free to introduce yourself at the market!
Although we receive an overwhelming amount of positive feedback, I'm sure we don't please everyone all the time, and in our ongoing efforts to improve our business, it's often the dissatisfied customers who provide the most valuable insight. To that end, I want to encourage any complaints, criticisms, grumbles, groans, gripes, grievances, protests, laments, wails, gnashing of teeth, or accusations that you might have about our delivery service, our products, our quotations, our general disposition, anything at all. This is your chance. Let us have it, don't hold back. And, as always, if anyone wishes to be removed from this list at any time, please let me know.
Thanks to your generosity and support, we were able to donate $550 to Peace-Winds Japan last week. Thanks especially to those of you who added your own donations to the total.

You may order boxes of either variety, or mixed boxes. We will mix in whatever quantities you desire. Our truffles will last for several weeks if refrigerated, although for optimum flavor they should be eaten warm. We prefer to have truffle orders by Monday instead of Wednesday, but late orders will usually be accommodated.
