June 7!  Pizza!  On the farm!



















Cress Spring Pizzeria will be serving them up on Wednesday, June 7, from 4:30 pm until 8:30 pm. The weather forecast is perfect so far, so come on out and join the party on the lawn!

Our musical guests this week are the Pine Travelers, combining the gritty Americana of outlaw country, folk, and bluegrass with old school funk rave-ups and roots rock & roll. It’s gonna be a blast. You’ll be glad you came.

We’ve got some new pizzas on the menu this week! In addition to the return of the Greek, we’ve also added a Bahn Mi pizza, with marinated pork belly, lots of fresh and pickled veggies, finished with a sriracha- crème fraiche sauce. We’re also happy to introduce the Spanish Inquisition, featuring aged goat cheddar from Capri Cheese, fresh Chorizo from Jordandal Farm, green garlic and chimichurri. 
In the appetizer basket this week, we’re featuring house-made sorrel aioli and cumin hummus with wild mint
Here’s how it works. Every Wednesday evening from May until October, we'll be selling flaming hot pizzas and delicious desserts, beer and wine, here at Cress Spring Farm. Picnic on our lawn or take your pizza to enjoy at home. Outdoor seating only - you are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and warm friends to snuggle with. You should also bring whatever plates, cutlery, etc. that you might need for your picnic. Pizza will be served in boxes, beer and soda in bottles and wine by the bottle or glass. We will have mason jars available for wine, but we encourage you to bring your own. You may supplement your picnic with any salads or other food you wish to bring, but we ask that you not bring your own alcohol. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and chickens as payment.

Real Fungi: House-made mushroom tapenade, caramelized onions, shitake mushrooms, spinach, scallions, toasted walnuts    $15.00 (vegan)

Build Your Own:  You are welcome to build your own pizza out of anything we have on hand each week. Prices are simple:   $15.00 for a vegetable pizza,  $17.00 for a meaty pizza
